Signing the Available for Work List in IBEW, Local Union 111’s Jurisdiction
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Active Members of Local Union 111:
1. If you are an active member of IBEW, Local Union 111, please complete the Sign the Books form and submit.

First Time Signing the Available for Work List at IBEW, Local Union 111:
1. If it is your first time signing the Books at Local Union 111, you must sign the Books IN PERSON Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (MST)
2. For Traveling Members of the IBEW you must have:
   a. Current Dues Receipt.
    b. Letter of Introduction from your home local.
    c. ERTS registration.

Travelers:
1. If it is your first time signing the Books at Local Union 111, you must sign the Books IN PERSON Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (MST)
2. If you have previously registered during the last quarter on the Available for Work List, please complete the Sign the Books form* and submit.
*Note – If you have NOT previously registered within the last quarter, your form will not be processed. You MUST sign in person at the Denver Office.

Quarterly Roll Call Re-Sign:
1. Roll Call is the first working day of January, April, July, and October. Re-Sign will open the week prior to these dates with a Re-sign link on Local Union 111’s website at www.ibew111.org. If you are currently registered on the Books, make sure to re-sign during the open period to avoid being dropped from the Books.
