Out of an abundance of caution, IBEW Local 111 is taking the CDC's advice and will implement the practice of Social Distancing.
Social Distancing means staying out of crowded places, avoiding group gatherings, and maintaining distance (approximately 6 feet or 2 meters) from others when possible.
For the time being we are limiting exposure to our employees by utilizing online and electronic processes.
For dispatch we will still be sending out applicants but will use an electronic process which will be explained when you take a job call. The dispatch recorder 303-398-7348 will be the only available way to put in for the available calls.
If you want to sign the books or pay your dues, please call the hall to find the best options.
We need to try and keep everyone in the office healthy and try to contain the spread of this virus.
If you get sick with a fever (100.4°F/38°C or higher), cough, or have trouble breathing:
Seek medical advice. Call ahead before going to a doctor's office or emergency room.
Tell your doctor about your recent travel and your symptoms.
Avoid contact with others.
Do not travel while sick.
Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing.
Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Soap and water should be used if hands are visibly dirty.
Thank you, and stay safe.
